01Scope
This Trademark Notice applies to the corporate website operated by The Boston Capital Group, Inc. (“BCG”) and BCG-operated pages that link to it (collectively, the “Site”). It supplements the Site’s Terms of Use.
The Boston Capital Group, Inc. name and the BCG corporate logo shown on this Site are presented as source identifiers for BCG. Nothing in this Notice should be read as a representation that every word, acronym, logo, program name or design displayed on the Site is owned by BCG or registered in every jurisdiction.
02Portfolio and affiliate marks
The Site may identify portfolio companies, affiliates, initiatives and platforms, including Block Sports Universe and program names associated with it. Ownership of each mark remains with the applicable owner. BCG may display a mark as a parent company, affiliate, licensee or for accurate editorial identification without owning that mark.
Third-party company names, product names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless BCG expressly states otherwise.
03Trademark symbols
The symbols ™ and SM may be used to indicate a claim of trademark or service-mark rights, whether or not a federal application has been filed. The symbol ® is used only for a mark registered with the relevant trademark authority and only in connection with the goods or services covered by that registration.
The absence of a symbol does not waive any rights. Registration status, ownership and geographic scope can change and should not be inferred solely from how a mark appears on a particular page.
04No implied license
No Site content grants, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, a license or right to use any BCG, subsidiary, affiliate, portfolio or third-party mark. Any goodwill arising from an authorized use belongs to the applicable mark owner.
Logos, stylized marks, brand artwork and trade dress may not be copied, altered, animated, combined, redistributed or used without prior written permission from the applicable owner, except where applicable law expressly permits the use.
05Accurate references
Applicable law may permit truthful, nonmisleading descriptive or nominative references to a company, product or service. Any such reference should be limited to what is reasonably necessary, accurately identify the relevant owner, and avoid suggesting sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or official status.
You may not register or use a company name, domain name, social-media handle, keyword, product name, design or other identifier that is confusingly similar to a protected mark or that falsely suggests a relationship with BCG or another mark owner.
06Permission requests
A request to use BCG-owned brand material should identify the requested asset, proposed use, medium, territory, duration and audience. Permission must be in writing and may be subject to brand standards, quality control, attribution, review and revocation.
BCG cannot authorize use of a mark owned by an independently governed subsidiary, affiliate, portfolio company or third party. Requests concerning those marks must be directed to the applicable owner.
07Copyright and Site content
Trademark rights are distinct from copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s original compilation, editorial copy, design and BCG-created visual material are © 2026 The Boston Capital Group, Inc. or are used under license. All rights are reserved.
